Xylo Engineered Oak Flooring has a light colour and creates an incredible home ambiance. Oak has a yellow to brown colour, with a characterful flame pattern. It is suitable for both commercial and domestic areas due to its stability, durability and moisture resistance.
This Rustic grade flooring has a characteristic natural look with substantial colour and structural graining variation between the boards. Rustic grade is also characterised by medium sized knots, more hairline splits and some sapwood.
