Blanchon Initial, Satin is a single-component water-based PU lacquer, awarded with the European Eco-label. (it contains less than 2% VOC)
Blanchon Initial, Satin is an odourless varnish, which enhances the beauty of the light wood floors and parquets, without changing their original colour.
It is suitable for lounges, bedroom, dining rooms and stairs. It can be used on common wood species, including exotic ones.
Blanchon Initial, Satin is high-build lacquer, which is ready to use. No dilution is needed, no mixing required: shake well before use.
Apply 3 very thick, even coats using a special varnish roller: a wide brush or graining brush can be used for a small area.
It can be applied directly on unfinished wood or with Blanchon Prim Sealer. (2 coats of Blanchon Initial, Satin and 1 coat of the primer).
Do not wait more than 24 hours between coats!
Do not cover the area during the 10 days following application. Take measurements against any furniture that could mark the floor.
