Blanchon Hardwax Oil SD can be used on all types of wood and very easy to maintain. It penetrates deep into solid wood, plywood or cork floors and provides them with long protection while preserving their natural look.
Blanchon Hardwax Oil SD is a high build finish for interior wood containing vegetable oils and waxes.
Blanchon Hardwax Oil is ready to use, just shake the container before use. A hardener can be used ( 20%) to areas with heavy traffic or to optimise the performance.
The application can be done with a brush, spalter or a roller. One coat light coat must be applied in the direction of the wood. Wait at least 12 hours before applying a second coat. Final hardness can be achieved from 8 to 10 days.
In the first few days, do not move heavy furniture or allow any water to be spilt on top of the surface.
You can maintain the oiled floors with Blanchon Natural Soap for Oiled Floors and Blanchon Lagoon.
