V4 Driftwood, Silver Sands Engineered Oak Flooring, Rustic, Stained, Brushed & Matt Lacquered, 180x14x2200mm is part of the Home Collection, made from European oak and comes with a solid 2.5mm top layer of oak. 

The Home Collection presents an impressive 180mm wide engineered plank with a 2 layer softwood base and a tongue and groove profile, which easily come together to make the perfect match. All boards are produced with a micro bevel and 5Gc Click-Fit Lock on all four sides of the board. This allows you to complete the design of any interior in your home, giving it a soft and natural look. 

V4 Driftwood, Silver Sands Engineered Oak Flooring, Rustic, Stained, Brushed & Matt Lacquered, 180x14x2200mm is finished with low maintenance lacquer, keeping the surface protected from stains and wear. It also comes with a 35-year Domestic Guarantee and a 3-year Commercial Guarantee from the supplier. 

It is always recommended to have 8-10% wastage when you purchase your flooring. That allows you to cut when necessary - around doorways, fireplaces and etc. Flooring must not be exposed to excess heat such as from hot water pipes below floors.

Engineered floors can be installed as floating floors over underlay or fully bonded using adhesives. It can be installed as a floating floor which means that the boards are joined together and loosely laid over the subfloor, instead of being fully bonded with adhesive or secret nailed. It could be also installed directly to concrete or sand-cement screed sub-floors, or to suitable wood-based sub-floors.
