* To make sure your order will be processed in time, it must be placed by 1:00 pm. Otherwise, all orders placed after 1:00 pm will be processed on the next day and that will add more time to your delivery.

Next Day Delivery is subject to stock availability.
Please note: Delivery dates and times given from us are provisional. That is why Trades Centre Ltd cannot be held liable for any additional costs for the customer, resulting from delay of the delivered goods.
DAMAGED OR MISSING GOODS
In a case your recieve missing, damaged or open items in your order, please inform Trades Centre Ltd immediately on 020 88309788. Describe the damaged items on the Delivery Note before you signed it.
Please note: Failure to report any missing, damaged or open items before the driver has left, would result in your inability to claim refund or replacement.

Q: What delivery companies do you use?
A: We use PW Gates and Parcelforce for our deliveries.
Q: Can I get an exact delivery time for my order?
A: Unfortunately, our delivery companies do not provide us with an exact time for the delivery. If your delivery is with Parcel Force, you will receive a tracking number and you can check the progress of you order. Also, you will receive a text notification on the day of the delivery with timeslot. If you order is delivered by PW Gates, we can request an 1h in advance call prior delivery.
Q: Can the driver take my order inside the property?
A: No, the delivery is only to your door.
Q: Can your order be left in my yard, garage, porch and etc.?
A: Usually all orders must be accepted by you or somebody close to you. If you wish to leave your order anywhere else, we can do that but you take all the responsibility.
Q: Our delivery company has damaged your order.
A: It’s important that you inspect your goods upon delivery. The delivery driver must create a protocol for the damage. After that, take few pictures and send them to our email firstname.lastname@example.org, along with your order details and our team will be able to assist you in resolving the problem.
Q: Is your order taking too long to arrive?
A: Sometimes our delivery companies can take longer than promised to deliver your goods. After we release the order to them, it’s in their hands to deliver them to you. For supplies you can track your order with the ID number from the email confirmation you will receive. And for flooring you can give us a call on 020 88309787 so we can contact the delivery company.
Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: Yes, you can. Just contact us on 020 88309787 or email us at email@example.com and we will be able to cancel your order. However, if your order is already dispatched, you will have to pay for the delivery charges that occur in that situation.
