Ash grows naturally in mixed-wood forests. Its strong graining pattern displays striking character and rich golden tones varying from very light to medium brown. Adding a white hue to Ash softens the species' natural amber appearance. The hearty graining pattern remains vivid beneath the added colouring.

Light Ash has a fine and light expression with a characteristic, dark grain pattern; over time. With its strength properties and elegant, light appearance, ash is greatly appreciated as flooring wood and in interior design in general.

Harmony grade is the unique name that Junckers have given to their natural grade products. It's characterized by a structural graining variation between the individual staves, medium-sized wood knots and hairline splits.

Each board is assembled from two rows of staves by a glued double dovetail construction. Each board is tongued and grooved on all four sides.
